Natalie joined Memoria in September 2018 as Administrator and has recently taken on the role of Manager. She has 27 years’ customer service experience in a variety of industries. She takes great pride in her role in providing a professional, respectful and an exceptional standard of service to the bereaved families that use the crematorium and gardens of remembrance at South Oxfordshire Crematorium & Memorial Park.

Olivia joined Memoria in October 2023 as the Administrator for South Oxfordshire Crematorium and Memorial Park. Olivia comes from a career working within Recruitment and Retail Management and hopes to fully utilise all her administrative and customer service skillset & experience to good effect within her latest role.

Prior to joining Memoria in July 2022, Ryan attended Worcester University, for 4 years studying sports science. After completing his time in education, Ryan found a new calling in grounds maintenance and landscaping. After initially working for 2 years in contract landscaping in Worcester, he made the decision to move to Oxford and take-up his role with Memoria.

Michelle joined the team at South Oxford Crematorium and Memorial Park in April 2026. Following a long and successful career as a customer service engineer with Openreach, she is now bringing her experience and customer care skills in her new role as Chapel Attendant.
